Why CEIPA is Necessary (Page Under Construction)

The Colorado Election Integrity Protection Act (CEIPA) was custom-built to address to systemic election fraud across the United States. Each element of CEIPA was incorporated to stop a different method of election engineering that was used to fraudulently manipulate an election somewhere in the United States or Colorado or is reasonably anticipated to be used to fraudulently manipulate future elections within Colorado if not adequately addressed. Below is a list of election corruption that inspired the creation of CEIPA:

Nationwide Election Rigging Infrastructure

First we must go over the overwhelming evidence that an election rigging foundation has been laid to facilitate widespread election cheating. Everything here played a role in the

Act Blue Fraud

It would appear that ActBlue is a money laundering front for the Democrats. To be fair, I've heard that WinRed also has sketchy practices that enable money laundering, but ActBlue is just a much larger machine to do it.

Brennan Center for Justice Revenue Explosion

The BCJ went from $26M in revenue in 2019 to $84.5M in revenue in 2020. The BCJ is a propaganda firm with an objective-sounding name that is frequently cited as a non-partisan assessment that our elections are secure despite the limitless red flags that occurred in 2020. https://projects.propublica.org/nonprofits/organizations/133839293

Former Director of CISA was Funneled Millions of Dollars in 2021 and Follow

In 2020, the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA)  designated election infrastructure as a "critical infrastructure subsector". In 2020, CISA then "secured" this election infrastructure and met with election officials across the country to discuss election security. Following Trump's 2020 election loss, he got into a public spat with then-CISA director, Christopher Krebs, where Krebs publicly "debunked" Trump's election rigging theories. (cont.)

Immediately following the 2020 election, Krebs then started his own cybersecurity firm, the Krebs Stamos Group, which immediately started securing large clients. Concurrent with running this business, he was hired by eight organizations for various low-effort high-paying positions throughout 2021. Counting his own company, he was holding nine jobs all at the same time in 2021. He picked up another job in 2022, and another one in 2023. He then sold Krebs Stamos Group for $13.9M in 2023.

COVID-19

COVID-19 was critical to setting up election rigging  because  it normalized the idea of widespread mail-in voting due to social distancing precautions. It also served to normalize the public to the idea that it would take days to count ballots after election day also due to social distancing precautions and diminished staffing. Ballot harvesting (dropping off multiple ballots) is a subset of mail-in voting, which was the biggest  opening of the valve on election cheating in American history.

Voting Machines

Voting machines being embraced nationwide are integral to election cheating because they streamline the cheating process and can hide the digital fingerprints that alter it. Systematic election rigging as we have seen over the last decade is more sophisticated than people realize, and they often use calculations and algorithms to determine how many votes to suppress or fraudulently add to the race. The voting machines can expedite these inputs and hide digital finge at the push of a few buttons.

Nationwide (Non-Colorado) Cheating

Its important to note that Colorado does not exist in a vacuum and exists as part of a larger country. If there is rampant election cheating across the United States, then we can safely surmise that there is likely cheating also happening in Colorado. We can also surmise that some of the tactics used are also present in Colorado.
