Title Board Rejected CEIPA filing for non-sensical reasons - Official Notice of Intention to Sue requesting that the title board reverse course to avoid a suit mailed out to all applicable parties on 4/10/26. Because signature collection may be delayed it is possible that we will not have adequate time to collect signatures unless the Title Board reverses course very soon--For these reasons, CEIPA is at risk of not making the 2026 ballot.

Because of government corruption, CEIPA may not make it into law, however we can promise you that the lawsuit will expose a lot of corruption and this page may shift to litigation updates if signature collection becomes impossible.
